About University Women's Care

University Women’s Care is one of metro Detroit’s largest OBGYN medical practices.  Our physicians are Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, members of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists (ACOG) and, affiliated with Wayne State University’s School of Medicine.  Our nurse midwives are certified by the American College of Nurse Midwives.  We are a collaborative group of male and female physicians and, nurse midwives based at Hutzel Women’s Hospital and affiliated with The Detroit Medical Center hospital system.  Together, we provide a full range of services from annual well woman examinations to diagnosing and treating specific problems to performing high‑tech surgical procedures. We have offices in Detroit, Southfield, and Warren.
